Dr Flynn tells his patients and staff that "health is a lifestyle and I would not ask anyone to follow a lifestyle that I wasn't living myself."
"I have been fortunate enough to be inspired into the Chiropractic profession and am passionate about my role as a health coach and educator. Our bodies were designed to heal themselves. My goal is to help people remove the blocks, which suppress that healing energy, so that my patients can more effectively repair their injuries, without unnecessary drugs or surgery.
Dr. Flynn lives in Seattle, with his wife Jill, daughter Jessica and their rescued pup, Quilly. The entire family is active and focused on healthy lifestyle choices. Jill has a daily walking routine as well as Zumba classes and Aikido stretches. Jessica plays volleyball, runs, and goes to the gym with her dad. Dr. Flynn also runs, works out at the gym, and does his own modified yoga exercise routine daily. And of course, everyone gets adjusted, including their dog, Quilly.
